Dose

Every dog is different. We recommend starting with a low dose and increasing the amount to the right level. This way your dog will receive the right dose for its needs. Start by giving 1 drop of CBD oil for every 10 pounds of your dog’s weight once a day.

Continue this dosage for one week and then increase to 1-2 drops per 10 pounds twice a day. As long as there are no side effects, you can increase the dose every 4 or 5 days until you see therapeutic effects. Side effects include disorientation, hyperactivity, and excessive sedation. If you notice any of these effects, stop treatment and wait for them to go away.

Then restart treatment with a lower dose. Be sure to monitor your dog’s response. The key is to find a dose that produces good results, but does not cause side effects.
